You can make payments using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay via our website's payment gateway. For orders with separate invoices raised outside of the website platform, payment can be made via the weblink shared by the company with the customer. All payments must be cleared by the time of delivery. No Cash or Credit Card payment will be accepted at the time of delivery.
Prices quoted include delivery to the front door of your house or office. Additional processing fees apply. Deliveries are made according to our delivery schedule or next day delivery, as the case may be. For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns of food items once sold. In certain cases, we may offer a discount against your next purchase, which will be credited to your JuJu Scoops account balance, for which you need to create an account on the website if you haven’t already. If you have any complaints or queries about the products delivered, please contact us at hello@jujuscoops.com, and we will arrange for a replacement if necessary and approved by the higher management.
Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations due to the perishable nature of our goods.
